A washer that will not finish a cycle is different from one that drains but will not spin, or spins but will not agitate. The field cases preserve those distinctions.
Record the exact cycle stage, whether water remains, the load condition, the sound and whether the basket can move normally with power disconnected. A wet-load vibration can point down a different path than an empty-machine vibration.
The same symptom can have a different cause. Model-specific drive design and the sequence of events matter more than a generic list of parts.
