Follow Water Through the Cycle

Note the exact cycle stage, water level, drain behavior, heating result, leak location and code timing. Also record any control or pump already replaced and whether programming or configuration was completed afterward.

The same symptom can have a different cause. A drain code can reflect a restriction, a pump, wiring, sensing or an installation condition, depending on the evidence.

• Model number and exact code, including when it appears.
• Whether the tub fills, circulates, heats and empties.
• Visible water location rather than only “it leaks.”
• Recent installation, disposal or drain-hose changes.
• Previous parts, programming steps and the result.
