Ice production, water delivery, storage temperature and sanitation create different failure patterns from a standard household refrigerator.
Record whether the complaint is no production, low production, thin or malformed ice, storage melt, water leakage or temperature drift. Water quality, ambient conditions, cleaning history and exact model can materially change the interpretation.
