Compare field evidence for warm compartments, no-cool conditions, ice-maker failures, control faults and problems that appeared after earlier service.
Useful comparisons include whether one compartment is warm or both are warm, whether fans and compressors run, whether frost or water is present, and whether the failure began after service. Exact model and error-code context matter on premium built-in equipment.
The same symptom can have a different cause. A field case should narrow the next safe observation, not justify replacing the same component blindly.
